Monthly Practice Schedule (According to Chinese Lunar Calendar)

Guru Padmasambhava Yangti Ritual 10th of every month (8.30pm - 10pm)
The Continuity of The Body Speech and Mind Bindu of the Guru entitled: Heart Essence

Guru Padmasambhava the lotus born, radiates from the heart of Amitabha. He is Amitabha in Nirmanakaya form. Widely revered as the Second Buddha in Tibetan Buddhism. Guru Padmasambhava is known for his physical powers in taming the indigenous demons, and clearing obstacles on the Path to Enlightenment.

 

Amitabha Practice 15th of every month (8.30pm - 10pm)
Amitabha established a Pureland called "Sukhavati - The Land of Ultimate Bliss", situated billions of world-system from us in the West. Through the merits of Amitabha, Sukhavati is brought to a magnificent splendour. It is a world-system beyond compare, a land where:- The earth is yellow gold, row of jeweled trees and jeweled nets give subtle and wonderful sounds. This world is enclosed on every side with gold, silver, pearl and crystals. The inhabitants are always mindful of Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. An innumerable of Arhats, Avarvartyas and Ekajati-Partibuddhas reside in this paradise. Dweller always get to hear the Buddha and Bodhasattvas teaching the Dharma. Therefore, all beings born there will eventually attain the Supreme Enlightenment.

There are three conditions to enable us to take rebirth in Sukhavati:

1. Faith - We must believe that this Pureland does exist and we must also develop Bodhacitta to merit this superior rebirth.
2. Vow - We must wish to be reborn in this Pureland to benefits all sentient beings.
3. Practice - We must diligently recite Buddha Amitabha's name.

 

Chod Practice 25th of every month (8.30pm - 10pm)
The practice of Chod can help one to reduce one's karmic debt, thus eliminating innumerable obstacles in worldly life. It would also improve one's state of mind by generating the understanding of Emptiness thus developing the profound wisdom. The lineage, founded by Machig Labdron, a wisdom dakini, is one of the most common practices among the Drukpa Kargyud practitioners.
